What to Expect: From Contract to Completion

Get In Touch
Contract Approval
Upon approval of your signed contract the customer process is initiated. Down Payment due.
HOA Approval (If required)
If your HOA requires approval, we can assist.
Final Measurement
Our technician will schedule a visit for precise measurements.
Permit Application
We submit the required permit to your local building department.
Order Submission
Your custom product order is submitted to the manufacturer.
Manufacturing
Your made-to-order products are in production. Production time is estimated to be a minimum of 12 weeks.
Product Delivery & Inspection
Once received at our warehouse, we inspect for quality and all pieces are intact.
Permit Issuance
The city/county issues the permit.
Schedule Installation
We will contact you to coordinate your installation date. Delivery payment due.
Installation
Our expert team installs your products. Please post your permit at this time.
Walkthrough
We review the installation to ensure satisfaction.
Final Inspection
The city/county performs a required inspection to close out the permit. We will coordinate with you to schedule.
Final Punchout
Finishing touches are completed, we button up your project. Final payment due.
Project Complete

Please note: Our service department is available only for customers with products installed by Absolute Window. If your window or door was not installed by us, we are unable to perform repairs; however, we would be happy to schedule a free in-home estimate for a full product replacement if needed.
