With 14 years of experience in the construction and window and door industry, Cody Menard serves as Sales Manager at Absolute Window LLC. He specializes in large-scale multi-family, condominium, and HOA projects, helping property managers and homeowners find solutions that balance performance, design, and budget.
Cody is known for his customer-first approach. He focuses on listening, clear communication, and providing solutions tailored to each project. Cody draws on extensive experience in hurricane restoration and large-scale reconstruction projects to guide customers in making informed decisions with confidence.
A Southwest Florida resident since 2002, Cody holds OSHA 30 certification and manages complex projects from start to finish.
Shawna Sill, Project Estimator
Shawna Sill is a Project Estimator at Absolute Window LLC. She has more than 13 years of experience in residential construction and the window and door industry. Shawna specializes in projects ranging from single-window replacements to full-home renovations and new construction. She works closely with homeowners and builders to match performance, design, and budget goals.
Shawna is known for combining technical knowledge with clear communication and practical problem-solving. She takes a detail-oriented, customer-focused approach to every consultation. Samara Lippel, Project Specialist
With 8 years of experience at Absolute Window LLC, Samara Lippel Osick is a Project Estimator who specializes in home consultations and lanai enclosure projects. She brings a strong background in permitting, coordination, and project support, along with hands-on experience in multiple roles within the company.
Samara is known for her friendly, responsive, and solution-oriented approach. She values clear communication and honesty in every project.
